Mindfulness Minute: Checking E-Mails

Next time you feel the urge to check e-mail – Find Peace.

Take a deep breath and pause. Look away from your screen and notice each person that is around you … whether it’s someone you know or a stranger.

Take a second deep breath. Feel the gentle air surrounding you, touching your face and your hands.

With a third deep breath, follow the breath all the way into the lungs as it nourishes you and revitalizes the body.

Fully alive. Fully present in the moment.
