SOAR into the NOW is an original meditation system created by me, Leo Aristimuno, after many years of studying, practicing, and teaching mindfulness meditation, Vipassana, and the works of Eckhart Tolle.

With my system, you experience the core principles of mindfulness meditation in five simple steps. This 5-step system is easy enough to remember, yet powerful enough to transform your perspective on life.

Zen Garden Lilies Meditation

Class begins with a welcoming guided meditation. Students experience both deep relaxation and alertness through breathing techniques and guided mindfulness exercises.

The meditation is followed by a short instructional talk focusing the foundations of mindfulness meditation through my unique system: “SOAR into the NOW.”

We then invite questions and sharing from students.

We close each class with a second guided meditation.

Students leave class feeling relaxed, refreshed, and alert.

  • Each class is exclusively limited to 10 participants.
  • Class begins promptly as scheduled.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle into the space.
  • Metered parking is available.
  • Students are asked to remove their shoes in the meditation studio.
  • Cushions and chairs are provided. You are welcome to bring your own cushions and/or shawl.

  • On-Line Access to audio recordings of meditations from class.

— The “All Access Pass” can be purchased before Week 2 .

— You can register and make payment online. Or you can choose to pay at the door when you arrive for each session.

— Walk-ins are welcome. While each session builds on the previous, the process is very organic. Each session is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Note: Single Class is $25 per session.
